VIEWING YOUR ORDERS

elken.com is developed as a convenient and user friendly website to purchase Elken’s products online. As such, you may view the status or details of an order, add/edit your shipping or email address, print an invoice etc at any time through the ‘Viewing Your Order’ section.

 
Check Order Status

To track your order, login to elken.com, select "My Account" and click on the order you wish to track. Product delivery is divided into 3 different categories:

1. Processing
Indicates that elken.com has accepted your order and is in the midst of arranging the shipment of your order.

2. Shipped
Indicates that your order has been shipped out from our Warehouse.

3. Delivered
We wish to do our best to deliver your order to your doorstep as fast as possible; hence, we have placed a commitment to deliver your order to you within the duration stated under ‘Delivery Time’ above.
However, if problems occur and you do not receive your order within the stated duration, kindly contact us through the following channels and we will do our best to check and resolve the matter for you as soon as possible.

4. Failed Delivery
Your order will be sent back to our Warehouse after 2 failed delivery attempts. An email will be sent to notify you on this matter.
You are required to make a reshipment payment in order for us to redeliver the parcel order within 7 days. The status of your order will be changed to ‘Failed Delivery’ if you fail to make the payment or contact us for a special arrangement within 7 days.

View or Print Invoice

To view or print invoice, login to elken.com, select "My Account" and click on the order you wish to view or print.
